DIE-CAST METAL COLLECTORS AIRCRAFT BANK

This new (Feb 8,1999) issue from Gearbox is the second RCA Victor airplane released. The first was the RCA Victor Stearman. This new release is the RCA Victor Stinson Reliant. A very heavy die-cast metal airplane featuring working propeller, rotating rubber wheels, quality tampo graphics, hidden coin slot, attached key (actually the tail wheel) and limited edition production(only 5000). The wing span measures approx. 12 inches.

Historical Note:    The Reliant SR-10 was originally produced as a four-to-five seat commercial monoplane and was used widely in the U.S. by sportsmen and business executives. The military version , the AT-19, served with the USAAF and U.S. Navy.
