This Gearbox die cast collectible is a limited edition Modified Stearman Biplane bank. Features include heavy die cast metal, quality tampo graphics, attached key, hidden coin slot, working propeller, and rotating wheels. Weighing over 1 pound, this airplane has an 11 inch wing span and overall length of 8 inches.
Historical Note: The 1930's have been called the golden years of flying. Pilots often refer to the biplanes produced in this era as the best flying machines ever made. Many of the pilots who flew in World War 11 learned to fly in a Stearman. Even though the Stearman is long since retired from manufacturing, many are still flying in airshows and by recreational pilots.
